I’ve loved writing for as long as I’ve been able to hold a pen in my hand and make words with it. Still, I cringe when people ask “what do you write?” because I don’t have an easy answer like “poetry” or “screenplays." Instead I raise doubts and eyebrows when I say “whatever I feel like, usually.”
I'm proud of my adaptable voice and tone, and I love being able to write about whatever I want. I'm happy to tackle potentially controversial topics in opinion pieces and personal essays, but I'm just as happy writing a TV recap.
Because of how quickly the internet moves, some of the writing I'm proudest of no longer exists anywhere, but here's a small selection.
